I thought the “easy to clean” claim was just one of those things companies say to make you buy it, but this really does rinse out quickly and doesn’t hang onto any smell. Public bathrooms still take me a little extra time because I feel like everyone somehow knows what I’m doing, but at home it’s super easy.

I tried using this at work and felt misled. It sounded like it would be practical on the go, but dealing with it in a public bathroom stall was a mess. It was hard to empty cleanly, and with no sink right there, it just felt awkward and unhygienic. I gave it a shot, but I ended up giving up.

Taking it off was a little tricky, so I had to go slow and be careful not to hurt myself or damage anything. It did come off eventually, but I’d definitely recommend being cautious during removal

I wanted to like this, but on my heavier days it leaked, and that really threw me off. The capacity feels way overstated, and after dealing with leaks, I just don’t trust it to get me through the day.

I wasn’t totally sure how I’d feel about this at first, mostly because I’m used to just grabbing the disposable option and not thinking about it. It’s easy to use once you get into a routine, though there are definitely moments when it feels a bit inconvenient or I forget to deal with it right away. That said, I do like that I’m throwing less stuff away, so overall I’m glad I switched. Just takes a bit of getting used to.

It works okay. Not amazing, not terrible. At first I thought it was really handling the odor, and sometimes it does. But then a day later... there it is again. That smell. So yeah, it helps, just don’t expect it to completely make odors disappear.

The product itself was fine, no real complaints there. My issue was more with the return policy. It already felt a little strict, and then the terms seemed to change from what I thought they were when I bought it. Just made the whole return process more frustrating than it needed to be.

It worked well once we figured out how to position it right. At first it took a bit of adjusting, but after that it was fine. There’s just something about it that isn’t totally perfect, but overall it did what I needed it to do

I bought from nixit because I was hoping it would feel like a more sustainable choice, but I ended up a bit frustrated. The packaging still felt like more than necessary, and trying to figure out what happens to the product at the end of its life took way too many steps. I had to dig around for basic info on materials, shipping, waste, all of that, and it still wasn’t very clear. For a brand focused on reusable products, I really expected those details to be easier to find. It just left me disappointed

It was hard to figure out at first. Not super clear. Lots of trial and error. Steep learning curve for me.

I had a quick question about my order and messaged nixit customer service while I was kind of rushing around trying to get a few things done. They didn’t reply instantly, but they got back to me faster than I expected.

The person who helped me was nice and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. They made it easy to sort out the issue, which I appreciated because I really didn’t have time for a whole back-and-forth.
I’m giving 4 stars only because I did have to send one follow-up to get the final update. Other than that, it was a good experience and the help was solid.

I’m so glad this doesn’t suction on. It’s way easier to take out than my old cup, and there’s none of that weird tugging feeling. Such a small thing but omg it makes a big difference.

I tried these a couple nights and woke up soaked both times. I really didn’t have no luck with them.

I wasn’t totally sure about spending the money at first, but after using it for a few cycles, it makes sense. I’m not buying disposables every month anymore, so it’s already feeling worth it. Plus, it feels good knowing I’m creating less waste and making a more responsible choice

I really wanted to like this, but the fit was just awful for me. No matter how I tried to position it, it kept slipping around and felt weird. Then it started leaking, which made the whole thing feel kind of pointless. After a few tries, I gave up because it was more hassle than it was worth.

I wasn’t sure about the one-size thing, but it actually fit me well. Nice surprise, really...

I ordered from Nixit and the shipping was... okay. Not terrible or anything, but it did take longer than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking, and it was kind of there, but there weren’t many updates, so I was just sort of waiting and wondering what was going on. It did show up fine in the end, so that’s what matters, I guess. Not a bad experience, just not especially fast either...

I really wanted to like the Nixit cup, and at first I thought maybe I just needed a little practice, but insertion was so much harder than I expected.

It kept popping open before I had it in the right place, or it would end up sitting weirdly and feeling awkward. I tried a few different folds and kept thinking, okay this one might work, actually no, same problem again.

I’m sure it’s great for some people, but for me it just became stressful every time I tried. After a few attempts, I gave up because it wasn’t feeling easy or comfortable at all.

I was hoping this would last a decent amount of time, but the wear time was disappointing. It seemed fine at first, but it faded or wore off way sooner than I expected, which kind of ruined it for me.

I’ll give it credit: it was actually really comfy to wear. I forgot it was there for most of the day, which is more than I expected. No irritating rubbing or annoying feeling, thankfully.
